Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Delivery Location

Delivery within the country will only be possible to areas which is listed with the shipping/courier service providers.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to
Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Dispatch of the outfit both retail/customized will only be possible upon full payment of the order.

Return  & Refund Policy

We accept cancellations and returns only if there are no alterations or personalized customization demanded by the customer. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange of garments.

Exchange only possible if the garment has not been used and if there is no wear and tear according to the brand parameters. In the event of cancellation of an order, request cancellation within 2 days of purchase or placing the order if customized. No cancellations or exchange possible on customized outfits.

As the Products follows make to order policy,  each product is made once order is placed ,Refunds can only be initiated once the customer reach us out within 2 days from the date of order placement .After this time period, Refunds arent possible

Damaged Item in transport

If there is any damage found to the packaging at the time of delivery contact us immediately to our mail ID revathyjayanbabu1@gmail.com along with the video showing us the actual condition of the packaging and the outfit when received.
